To reserve an apartment with your credit card on this site, we require a $500 deposit, which is applied towards your first month's rent. A further deposit will be required upon approval of your Application (total deposits equals first and last month's rent). Your credit card deposit, and any subsequent deposits, are 100% refundable if you choose not to proceed with your application prior to Approval, or if you do not qualify to rent the apartment.

By submitting an application you are trusting us with some of your personal information. We are very committed to protecting the information you supply us with when applying and use your information exclusively for the processing of your application. By submitting an application we are assuming your consent to confirm the information you've supplied us with, as such, your personal information, may be used, and, could be disclosed, in order to: (1) contact previous property managers you have rented from; (2) confirm your income(s); (3) contact you; and (4) to check your credit history. Your implied consent can be withdrawn at anytime by contacting the rental office at 88 Erskine Avenue; however, please note that should you decide to withdraw, it will likely prevent us from processing your application. We will not sell your personal information to anyone whatsoever, nor will we disclose it to any third party other than for the aforementioned reasons. All persons in our organization who are granted access to your personal information in order to process your application understand that information you have supplied us with is confidential and should be protected with the utmost security. As such, they will only use your information to process your application and for no other reason whatsoever. The approved Application form and supporting documents such as bank and employment letters are forwarded to Greenwin's head office where lease terms are entered onto the building's data base in order to prepare a Tenancy Agreement. The original Application, original supporting documents and two copies of the Tenancy Agreement are returned to 88 Erskine. The tenant signs the Tenancy Agreement and receives his or her copy. The signed Tenancy Agreement, original Application and original documents are stored in a secure cabinet in the Management Office to protect against unauthorized use or access. Rejected Applications are destroyed.

All processing of credit card payments is done through our payment provider, Internet Secure, and at no time do we hold, sell, store or access your credit card number in any way whatsoever. Internet Secure collects your credit card information in order to process your transaction and for internal accounting and other procedures. They do not sell, rent or use your data in any other way.
